Cotton

Washing: Machine wash in warm water (30-40°C) on a gentle cycle. Use mild detergent and avoid bleach. Separate colours from whites.

Drying: Tumble dry on low heat or air dry to prevent shrinkage. Remove promptly to minimise wrinkles.

Ironing: Iron on medium heat while slightly damp for best results.

Linen

Washing: Hand wash or machine wash on a delicate cycle in cool water (20-30°C). Use gentle detergent. Linen becomes softer with each wash.

Drying: Air dry flat or hang to dry. Linen naturally wrinkles, which adds to its charm.

Ironing: Iron on high heat while damp to smooth out wrinkles.

Silk

Washing: Hand wash only in cool water (20°C) with silk-specific detergent. Gently squeeze soapy water through the fabric; do not rub or wring.

Drying: Gently squeeze out excess water and air dry flat away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

Ironing: Iron on low heat with a pressing cloth, or steam gently from a distance.

Wool

Washing: Hand wash in cool water or gentle in machine (20°C) with wool-specific detergent. Avoid agitation and temperature changes. Soak for 10-15 minutes, then gently squeeze clean.

Drying: Gently squeeze out water. Lay flat on a clean towel to dry away from heat and direct sunlight.

Ironing: Use low heat with steam, or press with a damp cloth. Avoid direct contact with the iron.

Polyester & Blends

Washing: Machine wash in warm water (30-40°C) on a normal cycle. Use regular detergent. Polyester blends are generally durable and easy to care for.

Drying: Tumble dry on low to medium heat, or air dry. Polyester dries quickly.

Ironing: Iron on low to medium heat if needed. Polyester is wrinkle-resistant.

General Care Tips

Storage: Store fabrics in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading. Use breathable storage bags rather than plastic. Keep away from moisture and pests.

Stain Removal: Treat stains immediately with cold water. Blot gently rather than rubbing. Test any cleaning solution on a hidden area first.

Maintenance: Turn garments inside out before washing to reduce fading and pilling. Zip zippers and fasten buttons. Wash similar colours together. Avoid overloading the washing machine.

Longevity: Proper care extends fabric life significantly. Follow care labels, use appropriate water temperatures, and avoid excessive heat. Air dry when possible to preserve fabric integrity.

Return Policy: We offer returns within 30 days of purchase.

Condition Requirements: All fabrics must be unused and in original condition to be eligible for return.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, with the following exception:

Exception: If we sent you the wrong fabric, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Non-Refundable Items: Please note that non-refundable fabrics cannot be returned or refunded.

About Our Fabrics:

Many of our fabrics are sourced from deadstock, end-of-line, and clearance collections. These exceptional pieces may not have detailed composition information available because they come from limited batches or discontinued lines. However, all fabrics are tested for quality standards to guarantee durability and performance, regardless of their composition documentation.
