All online orders will be picked and packed every Tuesday, ready for dispatch on Wednesdays. During quieter times, we will dispatch much faster. This is worst case scenario. 

You are responsible for ensuring and checking your shipping address is correct as it automatically gets sent to our system and printed, we do not check addresses. 

Need your order urgently? 
Please don't hesitate to send us a message before placing your order. We completely understand that sometimes fabric is needed in a hurry, and we will always do our very best to accommodate urgent requests wherever possible.

Please note: Orders placed after 1pm on a Tuesday, will normally be processed the following Tuesday and dispatched on Wednesday.
